Заправляю в этой фирме картриджи. Очень всем доволен, по каждому пункту звонят уточняют, всегда спрашивают утраивает ли озвученная цена. Курьер забирает оперативно в день звонка. І хотілося б почати з того що, взаємодія з клієнтом в сервісі на вищому рівні починаючи "з порога" в прямому і переносному сенсі.
Я був приємно здивований вартістю послуги і швидкістю виконання - ноутбук полагодили наступного дня!
У мене ще було прохання щодо іншого ноутбука і наявності комплектуючих до нього, і майстер передзвонив мені через півгодини! після того, як я поставив запитання в сервісному центрі.

Хороший сервіс-центр, працюють у суботу. Здавав на ремонт ноутбук Dell Inspiron N7110, який давно почав нагріватись, аж поки раптово не припинив роботу. Достатньо виявилось провести розборку і очищення, що фахівці центру швидко зробили.
