Я обращался в FreshIT 2 раза.
Первый раз я принес залитый ноутбук, сделали за несколько часов и ближе к вечеру того же дня я забрал ноутбук, и взяли гораздо меньше чем говорили сначала, был очень приятно удивлен.
Во второй раз мне нужно было поменять дисплейный модуль на Sony Xperia Z1, отнес утром, вечером мне позвонили, сказали сколько будет стоить и возможные риски, я согласился, и на протяжении двух дней мне позвонили, что готово.
Я забрал телефон и к тому же сделали скидку, все работает отлично, я очень доволен работой Вашего Сервисного центра.

2 раза обращалась в сервисный центр FRESH IT и 2 раза удачно)
На этот раз была проблема с ноутбуком Gigabyte Sabre 17. Было самопроизвольное повышение оборотов кулера, после чего издавал писк и самопроизвольно выключался.
Я обратилась в чат фейсбука, где с проблемой ознакомились и любезно предложили принести ноутбук на диагностику. Принесла ноутбук в сервисный центр, который находится на улице Свободы 24. Его подробно осмотрели, задавали вопросы о состоянии и эксплуатации, всё подробно прояснили, я заполнила ремонтную накладную (00064590) и пошла домой ожидать результата диагностики.
Мне понравилось, что о состоянии диагностики и ремонта можно следить онлайн.
Изначально предполагалась проблема с чипсетом, но на деле проблема решилась сбросом BIOS.
По завершении ремонта я получила смс уведомление о возможности забрать гаджет + мне позвонил оператор.
Ребята очень компетентны в своём деле. В следующий раз сразу буду обращаться к ним и вам рекомендую!
P. S. На сколько я знаю их сервисный центр есть ещё и в районе Холодной горы.
