The repair cost is calculated on the basis of the cost of components required for repair and the cost of successfully completed work according to the fixed price of the service center.

Yes, you can pay by credit card, including credit. An additional fee for paying for repairs through the terminal is not charged.
🏥 Is there a warranty and what exactly?
The service center provides a guarantee for all work performed and installed components, which is confirmed by a guarantee sheet with the seal of the service center.
👛 Is a refund possible if warranty repair is not possible?
Yes, if the service center cannot fulfill its warranty obligations during the warranty period, we will refund the cost of previous repairs of the warranty device in full.

Несколько раз приходилось обращаться в Fresh-IT, всегда положительные впечатления. В этот раз меняли кабель на наушниках Marshall, я остался доволен качеством ремонта и стоимостью. Отдельно хочу отметить клиентоориентированность, с этим все отлично: с вами согласовывают каждый шаг (что делаем, как, какие последствия выбора и сколько это стоит); вам дают возможность выбрать (предлагают свои 3 варианта кабелей для наушников на замену, если предложенные не устраивают - можно купить и привезти свой); актуальную информацию о состоянии ремонта можно просмотреть по ссылке; в случае возникновения спорных вопросов в ходе ремонта - стараются понять, договориться и пойти навстречу. У меня возникла только одна идея, что можно было бы улучшить: возможно, стоило бы дать возможность клиентам общаться непосредственно с мастером, который делает ремонт, напрямую. Хотя, с другой стороны, у меня не было проблем с передачей информации через менеджера, все сделали как я заказывал. Еще раз спасибо вам!
