С первой диагностики проблему найти не удалось, но со мной связался менеджер, и предложил провести повторную, более детальную диагностику в реальных условиях.
У меня не работала связь в метро, и не видело некоторых операторов.
Пересобрали, почистили контакты. Сейчас работает хорошо.
